Meet Levi

Urban farmer, teacher, and founder of Delicious Revolution

Levi has built productive growing systems in some of Auckland's most challenging urban environments including:

  • OMG Urban Farm
Produced over 21 tonnes of vegetables from a 400m² parking lot.

  • Te Maara Kai o Wirihana
A 6,500m² school garden and food forest where students grow everything from seed.

Levi’s passion lies in education and he spends his time teaching and supporting other people to grow their own food.

“My work is about more than food. It's about reconnecting people with nature, building community capability, and proving you can create life, abundance, and beauty right in the middle of a city.”

Kind words

“Having got the land, I certainly didn't have the expertise to make the best of the opportunity. We managed to find Levi and he has literally transformed the space.”

— Pete Jones, Manurewa High School
